Nginx+PHP-FPM環境でtimeout対応

Nginx+PHP-FPM構成でmax_execution_timeを変更するなら、
NginxとPHP-FPMも対応させないと意味がない

max_execution_time = 300に変更する例

# vi php.ini

max_execution_time = 300

$ sudo vi /etc/nginx/sites-available/default
